Eyelid Surgery

Eyelid surgery, or surgical blepharoplasty, is a procedure in which excess skin and fat are removed from the patient’s eyelids in order to diminish the appearance of tiredness or loss of elasticity in this area. This procedure is successful in addressing crow’s feet, eyelid creases, hollowness around the eyes, and more. Dr. Asaadi is skilled in performing eyelid surgery on the upper eyelids, lower eyelids, or both, depending on patient preference.

During this procedure, Dr. Asaadi carefully tightens and repositions the skin in order to rejuvenate the appearance of the eyes. The procedure typically takes 1-3 hours to complete and healing takes about 7-10 days.
