Treat loose or excess skin on the upper arms with the brachioplasty procedure, better known as arm lift surgery. This procedure is combined with liposuction for optimal and natural-looking results! Learn more about arm lift surgery offered by Dr. Asaadi below!
Why Choose Arm Lift Surgery?
If you are suffering from drooping or excess skin due to age or substantial weight loss, brachioplasty may be right for you. Substantial weight loss can often lead to excess arm skin. Aging is another factor that contributes to the loss of skin laxity, resulting in loose arm skin. Arm lift surgery can remove and tighten excess skin of the upper arms for a slimmer shape.
What Is Arm Lift Surgery?
Arm lift surgery can help remove excess arm skin for a more sculpted appearance. Dr. Asaadi uses a specialized avulsion arm reduction technique in his brachioplasty procedures to help accentuate definition, as well as preserve lymphatics in the arms. Liposuction is also performed during the procedure for precision.
During the procedure, a tumescent anesthetic solution is administered to prep the targeted area(s) of the arm. Tiny incisions will be made and a small cannula will be injected under the skin to remove excess fat cells from the arms. After liposuction is performed, Dr. Asaadi will surgically remove excess or loose skin. With these combined treatments, patients can expect to receive beautifully contoured and natural-looking results!
What Are The Expected Results?
After receiving brachioplasty surgery, patients can expect to have smoother, tighter, and more sculpted arms!
Dr. Asaadi and our staff welcome any questions you may have about brachioplasty, as well as our other body contouring procedures. Contact our New Jersey office at 973.731.7000, our New York office at 212.938.0158, or you may request an appointment online today!

Capsular contracture is often thought to be one of the most common complications of breast augmentation. Capsular contraction occurs when scar tissue forms around the implant; it is usually induced by a low-skilled plastic surgeon or from certain surgical techniques. While many plastic surgeons believe capsular contracture is a risk that comes with breast implants post procedure, Dr. Asaadi does not believe this is true and that capsular contracture is completely avoidable when breast augmentation is performed correctly.
Capsular contracture does not have to do with implants, but how breast augmentation is performed. In fact, Dr. Asaadi has performed breast augmentations with a 100% success rate of no capsular contracture or implant leakage by using saline implants and the inframammary incision to accomplish successful breast augmentation surgeries at his NJ practice.
What Is Capsular Contracture?
Capsular contracture occurs when excessive scar tissue forms around the breast implant. This can cause the implant to harden and in some cases create a visual deformity as well as pain. This defect usually occurs during the healing process, or can occur at any time post procedure. Capsular contracture jeopardizes the aesthetic improvements of your breast enhancement, but it’s not typically a risk to your health.
What Are Saline Breast Implants?
Saline-filled implants are made out of a sterile saltwater solution, in which a silicone shell is inserted into the breast and then filled to its desired volume with saline-fluid. Saline has the consistency of water, which’ll provide natural-looking and satisfying results! Dr. Asaadi will only use saline breast implants during his breast augmentation procedures. Saline implants help reduce asymmetries, as well as enhance breast contour and shape.
Benefits Of The Inframammary Incision Approach
When a breast augmentation is performed through the areola, it increases the risk of capsular contracture. Dr. Asaadi only uses inframammary incision for breast augmentation surgery to reduce the risk of capsular contracture. The inframammary incision is discreetly placed beneath each breast for precision and it won’t present nerve damage in the nipples.
Dr. Asaadi’s patients do not experience capsular contracture, breast implant leakage, bleeding, or hematoma. In all of Dr. Asaadi’s breast augmentation procedures, he uses the most advanced surgical techniques that results in minimal pain, discomfort, and a shorter recovery time.

MAsterTuck℠ is a revolutionary liposuction procedure that can remove excess fat deposits and encourage skin tightening. Performed by Dr. Mokhtar Asaadi, MAsterTuck℠ is designed to help patients achieve a firmer and smoother, natural-looking physique. Compared to traditional liposuction methods, MAsterTuck℠ can be combined with other body contouring methods, such as abdominoplasty or body lift surgery for superior results! Learn more about MAsterTuck℠ below.
What Is MAsterTuck℠?
MAsterTuck℠ is a minimally invasive, pioneering body sculpting technique to help remove stubborn fat and tighten loose skin around the midsection, flanks, or lower back. The VASER® Lipo cannula is used during the procedure to liquefy surrounding fat cells using ultrasound energy.
These fat cells are then suctioned from the body without bothering connective tissues that are crucial to maintaining skin retraction. In fact, MAsterTuck℠ is designed to not leave behind skin laxity because the VASER® energy used during treatment encourages skin tightening. VASER® Lipo requires less downtime post-procedure and can provide satisfying results!
Preparing For The MAsterTuck℠ Procedure
If you’re experiencing moderate-sagging or persistent fat around the midsection, flanks, or back, MAsterTuck℠ may be right for you. In order to be a qualified candidate for the MAsterTuck℠ procedure, patients must be at a healthy weight and should not be struggling with weakened or stretched abdominal muscles.
Patients who will be undergoing the MAsterTuck℠ treatment will need to follow Dr. Asaadi’s pre-procedure instructions. Additionally, particular medications, foods, or beverages may need to be avoided prior to the procedure.
Revolutionary Results With MAsterTuck℠
MAsterTuck℠ can produce long-lasting and natural-looking results! Patients can expect to see a noticeably firmer midsection, flanks, or back within months!

Are you looking for a way to achieve a firmer midsection? After pregnancy, weight gain or loss, there are some people who feel self-conscious about their excess skin or bulge on their stomach. However, there is a revolutionary tummy-tuck solution to help patients tighten stomach muscles to attain a smoother, flatter appearance and also help them restore their body confidence. This pioneering method is called CORE Abdominoplasty; it is performed on healthy individuals who have weakened abdominal muscles, or have excess skin.
What Is CORE Abdominoplasty?
CORE Abdominoplasty is a surgery performed on individuals to help reposition or remove loose abdominal skin and to reduce excess fat. It is a form of body contouring that helps tighten stomach muscles for a toned midsection.
How It Is Performed
In traditional abdominoplasty, the patient lies on his or her back as the plastic surgeon performs the surgery. However, this might not produce satisfactory results because the stomach muscles are stretched, therefore, making it hard to detect any bulging. Dr. Asaadi recognized this problem and as a result, he has developed a method to help deliver optimal results for all his patients through the “Table Tilt Test.”
The Table Tilt Test firms the midsection by positioning patients at a 45 degree angle, or in an upright sitting position, during surgery to precisely identify and tighten any additional bulging. This method helps achieve a slimmer and a well-defined stomach and can create long-lasting, natural-looking results.
After Procedure
Patients will experience some pain and discomfort after surgery and will be given a pain pump to administer medication to help soothe away any uneasiness. Five to seven days after the surgery, the surface stitches will be removed.
Benefits Of Core Abdominoplasty
Not only can CORE Abdominoplasty enhance an individual’s midsection, but it can also help relieve lower back pains and repair weak stomach muscles. This procedure can provide patients with a desirable and long-term improvement of their waistline.
Dr. Asaadi and our staff welcome any questions you may have about CORE Abdominoplasty, as well as any of our other body contouring procedures. Contact our New Jersey office at 973.731.7000, our New York office at 212.938.0158, or you may request an appointment online today!

Festoons and malar bags are genetic conditions that are often misdiagnosed and, as a result, not treated properly. These conditions present themselves as puffy bags and dark circles under the eyes. At Asaadi Plastic Surgery, our New Jersey plastic surgeon has over 30 years of experience treating complex conditions like festoons and achieving natural-looking results. Dr. Asaadi has developed unique methods of diagnosing and treating the root causes of festoons and malar bags to restore youthful-looking eyelids.
Diagnosing Festoons & Malar Bags
Dr. Asaadi has developed the “Botox® Test” to properly identify the causes of your malar bags or festoons. During this test, a small amount of Botox® is injected into the area around your eye, known as the orbicularis oculi. If your festoons get worse after the injection, then the likely cause is muscle laxity. If there is no change in your festoons after the Botox® injection, then the likely cause is excess fat.
Treating Festoons & Malar Bags
Following the Botox® Test, Dr. Asaadi can properly treat the underlying causes of your festoons or malar bags. For festoons that are caused by muscle laxity, Dr. Asaadi can release the ligaments of the surrounding eye muscles and can remove part of the muscles, if necessary. For festoons caused by excess fat, Dr. Asaadi can surgically remove fat pockets beneath the skin.
While many plastic surgery practices simply try to treat festoons or malar bags using traditional blepharoplasty techniques, Dr. Asaadi addresses the root causes in order to correct these genetic conditions and achieve substantial results.
Dr. Asaadi and our staff welcome any questions you may have about malar bags and festoons, as well as our other facial rejuvenation procedures. Contact our New Jersey office at 973.731.7000, our New York office at 212.938.0158, or you may request an appointment online today!
